Cell phones and other electronic devices may only be used in the parking lot, Locker Room and Halfway House or in specifically identified areas of the Clubhouse. Communication DevicesĬell phone use is strictly prohibited on the golf course. Improperly dressed golfers will be asked to change before playing. Men should remove their hats in the Dining Room and the upstairs bar area. Ladies are required to wear slacks, skirts, or Bermuda-length shorts. Cargo pants, cargo shorts, and denim jeans are not acceptable attire. Bermuda-length shorts are considered appropriate. Men are required to wear collared shirts and they should be tucked in at all times and all hats must be worn with the brim facing forward. This dress code applies to every area of the Club. Proper golf attire is required for all players.
George's Golf Club was designed in 1917 by famed Devereux Emmett, the golf course will test the golfer's skills of all levels. Follow along the golf course and turn right at the club entrance. Just before the Long Island Railroad overpass, at the 5th traffic light after the intersection of Nicolls Road and Rte. Go North on County Road 97 (Nicolls Road) Approx.
